Need to Know: Six Redskins over 30 will play key roles in 2015 | Rich Tandler's Real Redskins

i was looking at this list and i had 2 big questions

1) why is kedric golston on this list ? they say at best he is 15-20 snaps a game . i dont see that as huge or "key"

2) they have hall being a dime CB if amerson plays up to snuff . my question is why would you pay hall his type of salary for that ? hall might be in more danger then we think

Remember that advice that you gave someone about the lack of depth? Well, when that is the question, think K. Golston. He'll be key in the fact that those 15 to 20 snaps per game will translate into valuable breaks for the regulars. It may not be huge in the overall scheme of things, but a much needed break has value to others.

In as much as D. Hall is concerned, if I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, so once more won't hurt. Deangelo Hall has two chances to make this team.......either as the slot guy or at free safety. His odds of being the guy at either position are tenuous at best because of age, health and an obvious youth movement with this team.

There was another listed that I believe to be in trouble in terms of being a starter, and that's Litch. As noted his size (296 lbs) and transitive ability to go from zone to power are at question. I'm sure he'll make the team........not as confident that he beats out the kid. ( to be fair I do have a bit of bias as im rooting for Reiter to be the camp surprise)

i think golston can be replaced rather easily hall has some good points but his salary is an albatross
