Incredible, isn't it? That's 13 straight games for the Cavs now where their opponent is "missing tons of easy/open looks".

You must have a unique definition for "tons" and "easy" and "open".

Nope.
I call it like I see it (which is pretty much how it is).
I didn't say the Cavs weren't playing good D.
I didn't say the Warriors had open shots on every possession.

There are MANY possessions though, in which they have had wide open looks both near the basket and behind the line where they have just clanked it.

Of course they aren't going to make them all, but if they just make an AVERAGE amount, no way would they be down 2-1.

Credit to kerr for finally making an adjustment. Lee giving GS a lot right now.

I've not understood why Lee has pretty much been a forgotten man. Perhaps a Warriors fan can fill us in?

Not speaking for the Warriors fans... but I think it basically boils down to Lee getting injured in the Preseason and missing the first 25 games.... combined with Draymond Green having a breakout year.

The way I see it as, Curry went off, even though he struggled early, and the Cavs still won. So Curry has another good game and they can still pull out a win and hold them to 91. I'll take that all day long.

Nobody shouldn't say the Cavs aren't playing with max effort.

Also though, nobody should say the Warriors aren't missing tons of easy/open looks.

Barnes and Greene look flat out scared of the moment.
The others aren't scared, just very ineffective for the most part.

They are bad. Barnes hasnt been that good all postseason, except one game.
Green has been under 30% from the 3 ball all postseason and these bigger guys that are physical and stronger are no match for him. He is getting outworked.

Probably right. Just seems a bit shortsighted to me to bury a guy like that on the end of the bench. He was an all star in 2013. It's not like he suddenly forgot how to play.

Credit to him though. It seems he's been a true professional, hasn't complained and as evidenced by his play now that Kerr has finally remembered that he's on the team, he's stayed ready to play.

If the Warriors don't need him, I know a team just a few hours down the 5 freeway that could probably find him useful (not the Clippers).

Well when you start off the game the way the Cavs defend and intimidate your opponent, it gets in your head a little. I knew the fact they havent been in this moment would make an impact, it is mental as well. That being said it is still a long series and far from over. Cavs needed to continue to do what they are doing.

Only problem with that is that if Curry heats up about 2 minutes sooner, the Cavs may not have been able to hang on.

Shout out to the Bulls and Hawks who got crucified by the the media and this forum for "playing like crap" and "imploding". With recent context... maybe people are ready to shift a little of the responsibility to the Cavs defense:noidea:

Unlikely.

Is it me or did it look like at a few different points Curry was about to start crying?

I don't know about crying. But there were a few times that the camera's were on him and the look on his face made me think, "that guy would rather be just about anyplace else in the world right now."

Curry started going off when the pressure was off and they were down. Seems like the Warriors have mental toughness issues. They are playing too tight and getting frustrated. Green and Bogut play scared and frustrated and Curry is playing tight. D Lee playing like nothing to lose. They need him.

I'm kind of getting bit by this Cavs bug. It's cool that they're the underdogs and are gutting it out. I love that shit.

But he didnt. They switched Delly off of him and what do you know, Curry goes off. Shump cant fight around the picks as good as Delly and I think he was still hurting a bit.

Game 4 is the first chance of the series for someone to deliver a knock-down.

Cavs need to treat it like a Game 7. The difference between going up 3-1 and going 2-2 with 2 of the last 3 games in Oracle is pretty huge.

Warriors haven't lost 3 in a row all season. Its gonna take the Cavs best game to get it done. Hoping Game 4 is the one game of the series where LeBron combines 30+ shot attempts with his normal level of efficiency.

Well when you are down 20 and you feel hopeless, why not sling em up. Plus Cleveland was getting winded, which has happened every game and something GS needs to take advantage of more. It will happen every game. Also, nobody is pointing out the fact Delly wasnt guarding Curry basically half the 4th quarter, so either Shump was on him or Tristan switched and had to cover him, total mismatch.

Funny how that worked. I wonder why they switched Delly off of him? Cavs are in a good spot being up 2-1, but they have got to figure out a way to stop blowing late double digit leads. If not for that, they'd be up 3-0 and winning all 3 games in pretty much blowout fashion. Outside of about the last 5-8 minutes of each 4th quarter and the first OT, the Cavs have pretty well dominated this series.
