I can't believe I'm saying this but lee might actually be the secret ingredient to our offense and the answer to curry getting trapped

Shout out to the Bulls and Hawks who got crucified by the the media and this forum for "playing like crap" and "imploding". With recent context... maybe people are ready to shift a little of the responsibility to the Cavs defense:noidea:

Anyone know why Blatt took that TO when the Cavs were driving down the court, up 20, and about to score again? WTF? :gaah: seems like right after that is when GS started their comeback.:mad2:

In the 3rd quarter, the Cavs were hot, could do no wrong, they were getting calls, sinking most of their shots.

Seems to me like Blatt's been using some of his timeouts to get LeBron rest.

No doubt. That's what tenacious defense and getting out hustled does to the other team. I tried to tell some of these boys.. But they didn't listen. :gaah:

You are seeing the same cold streak from the Warriors that you saw from the Bulls. ATL was outmatched and got their ass handed to them. The Bulls were up 2-1, then Kyrie played less and Delly (YES DELLY) played more and the Cavs won 3 straight.

WHY?

Defense

And think about this.. Golden St is averaging less than 90 points at the end of regulation in their last 2 games. So either someone is ice cold OR someone has the recipe for success.

Bogut is ridiculously bad right now. I've never seen a 7-footer so scared to shoot the ball when he is right next to rim. It must be why he never plays in fourth quarter.

Joakim Noah lol

Curry is going to go crazy in game 4.

Did you notice when Curry went off, who was guarding him? The Cavs were tired and I have no idea why Delly wasnt guarding Curry down the stretch, I guess they gave him a break lol

Maybe LBJ signaled for this, but I didn't catch it. but still, when you are rolling like they were, you don't want to stop the action ............ and GS did start their comeback.

Fucking Curry was in dreamland sinking ridiculous clutch 3s.

How was that slide tackle from lebron on Curry not called? Since when are you allowed to just run up and take someone down from behind?

WOW. James playing to the cameras to draw attention to himself?

And, do we now need to see him after EVERY game drop to the floor like he's going into labor?

Then Mike Miller ( wearing his jersey) run over to help him up.

It's fucking unbelievable.

Once again you are incorrect.
I said James wasn't getting any better, and he hasn't.

I never said he couldn't still dominate games. He's the best player.

I wasn't the one picking the Bulls or Hawks.
I picked the Warriors in 7, and said it was because they have HC.

Here's the thing Wiggy, James attempted to make the same type of herculean effort last year.
He put up some very nice numbers.
The difference, so far, in the results isn't because James has gotten better, it's because the Spurs played elite basketball while the Warriors have looked atrocious.
Part of the reason they have looked atrocious is what the Cavs have thrown at them, but just as big a part is they just miss shots they made all year.
Bottom line, if this Cavs team was playing last years Spurs, they lose 4-0, maybe 4-1.

You were the one on here saying James made the right decision by going to Cleveland which would allow him to not have to carry the entire load. Correct?
Isn't quite working out that way. So if he loses, shoukd he bail again?

So really, nothing I said about him was incorrect. No crow to eat.

Now, let's talk about you.
On Saturday, didn't you claim I made the most outrageous post ever?
The one about Kyries injury not being related to the tendinitis ( in which I was just writing what was already reported).

Crickets from you ( not unexpected), but that's where the crow eating should be addressed.

The Cavs have played a much better defense than the Heat last year, even just individual D bc they have more defensive minded guys and that are younger, more athletic. But it really wouldnt of mattered last year, that was on of the greatest teams, the Spurs, I have ever seen. Team defense, moving the ball, and knocking down the shots. They were great in all phases.

I agree that should've been called a foul.

Looking at it closely, though, its not as bad as it looked live. Curry actually starts to lose the ball... then LeBron gets the clean deflection... but then he slips and undercuts Curry... to me that's a loose ball foul.

Here's a slow motion replay of it

Nobody shouldn't say the Cavs aren't playing with max effort.

Also though, nobody should say the Warriors aren't missing tons of easy/open looks.

Barnes and Greene look flat out scared of the moment.
The others aren't scared, just very ineffective for the most part.

.

Incredible, isn't it? That's 13 straight games for the Cavs now where their opponent is "missing tons of easy/open looks".

You must have a unique definition for "tons" and "easy" and "open".

I know the Refs have been terrible and missed way too many calls, but its the end of the game. Thats a call that has to be made. it wasnt a small foul that you might have missed. Lebron just slid in and took Curry out.

I dont like the Cavs, but even i was pissed when they ruled the ball to go to the Warrior on the out of bounds call with Delly and Klay. Im glad they finally decided to review it and reverse the call. It just shows tho how awful these refs have been.
