Yes down 6 because of the miss 3. Irving goes down. After the paly its down 6. either way they were losing. Didn't make a difference.

Your original point was that his injury didn't effect game 1 because it was already over.

I was pointing out that not only was it a just a 4 point game... but the injury directly led to it suddenly being a 7 point game.

First off, Bogut hasnt done shit the whole playoffs except play D.
Klay has also been off.
Curry? Didnt he shoot 50%. He did what he needed to do.

Certain role players stepped up. Iggy hit the 3 ball, kinda weird. Speights. I thought he was hurt? He knocked down all his shots.

Great points. Lebron played exactly how he should be. After his previous performance against GS, his game last night wasn't a shock or abnormal at all. He's a matchup nightmare for them.

Curry played great. I wouldn't expect him to play any different than that in the series, especially now that it'll likely be Shumpert/Delly guarding him. He and Klay actually improved from their previous performance against the Cavs.

Klay Thompson played pretty much how he has been in the playoffs. Tristan hit the boards like normal but was entirely absent from the scoring side, which is very odd compared to how he has been recently playing.

The benches, however, were the exact opposite of each other. Cleveland's was abnormally bad and Golden State's played their best game of the year.

Speights was big for them and Also Iggy played well.

yes it was over already. Cavs were spent in OT. Nothing wouldn't have changed that except for fresh legs.

I wouldn't say super human because he missed a lot of shots(game winner also included) but I will say he gave it his all and carried his team. Only negative about LBJ last night was his D wasn't great and took a couple very bad shots. He was the main reason they were in the game. I agree with that. with out him its a blow out.

Unless I'm missing something, can't you basically say the exact same thing about Steph Curry? If he doesn't play last night, Cleveland takes game 1 by 25 or so. I'm not seeing the relevance of this conversation.

I was shocked how much better GS bench was against Cavs Bench. Cavs bench has been a big reason why they been winning because their bench was out performing the other teams bench.

Couldn't disagree more.

Both teams had yet to hit a single FG. The injury lead to a 4on5 3 pointer--- the only FG the warriors made in OT.

I'm not saying the Warriors didn't earn their win. They shut down the Cavs in OT. I'm just saying... without that sequence I think its a much different ending to the game.

my statement was more about him being super human. Curry did get more help from his role players then LBJ. I agree with out Curry GS loses that game. Curry hit some big shots during the come back. He started out slow but picked it up as the game went on.

we agree to disagree. The score shows that in OT. its not like Irving was lights out when he was in there. Cavs were 0-12 at 1 point.

So what's you're point?
How can it be any type of positive for the Cavs?

Game showed that the Warriors bench was up to the task.
It showed they could win with 3/5 starters and 2 best players not being that good.

In addition, James was very good. I doubt he can keep up that pace/effort.
Kyrie is more than likely done..and while you guys may be high on Delly...watch and see how that goes.

It's not even just his shooting. His ball handling and passing skills are absolutely unreal. I have to say, I underestimated that part of his game and he definitely showed me a lot last night. It's very clear why he was the MVP this year.

Cavs without Irving are sunk.

Even with him, the offense is pass the ball to LBJ then stand around and watch; it's putting too much on his shoulders, too many isolation plays.

Just dont see how they can do that the entire series and win.

I don't think anyone plans on Delly replacing Kyrie. I think we see Shumpert shift to PG with Lebron bringing the ball up and JR Smith moves into the starting SG spot. We're definitely better with Kyrie in but those three with TT and Mozgov down low will be a solid starting 5. The difference is now that we'll need Delly, James Jones, Shawn Marion, and maybe even Mike Miller and Kendrick Perkins to be more involved, which doesn't make any Cavs fans happy.

man he was bad. I stated last night I don't know how GS fans watch fan watch him. He is so out of control when he drives and his 3pt shot looks so bad. Its like almost as bad as watching Noah shoot the ball(ok maybe not as bad.)

Agree here. Curry made some very good passes to the open guy
