If what I just read is correct, Chip traded Foles for a fourth and fifth rounder and Sam Bradford, with a conditional second in 2016.

If true, maybe the worst trade in the history of the Eagles, and maybe the reason I need to find a new team to root for.

An interesting facet is that apparently they can cut Bradford with zero cap hit, so they effectively shifted Foles' cap hit to the Rams.

If that's the plan, that's even worse... Foles, a 2nd next year, just to save $700k or so?

This trade cannot be right. Foles has more value than Bradford on March 10, 2015.

If Bradford can return to form and not get his knee wrecked, I've got high hopes for his ability to become a good QB here. Hell of a lot cheaper than MM, that's for sure.
