Bad QB and bad defense equal a loss to a team with a rookie QB. Hasslet was clueless today. Plus horrible red zone play calling. It's the same song every week.

I really don't see it as embarrassing. It honestly looks like more of the same to me. I guess if there were people who convinced themselves that they were seeing more in this team and organization than is really there, then yeah, embarrassing!!

It definitely wasn't a good game either. Gruden said it best.. "He made some great throws, made some poor throws, and some questionable decisions."

he led the team to 26 points, threw a td , made a huge read option run, and showed explosion threw a strike to djax for a td, and hit him deep twice

and what about the defense ? Rg3 put up what should have been the winning points yet the defense collapsed at some point the defense has to beat a rookie qb

Not a well formulated question, but I understand what you're trying to do here. Let me put it this way for you, The Vikings may not be more talented than our team, however as an organization and team they are better. Maybe not by much but clearly, enough to come out on the better end of games played the last two seasons.

Talent alone just won't get it done. Someone has to be able to put it together cohesively and consistently. There is, whether true or not, just too much off the field crap going on around and within this team/organization. On the field.....not enough honest evaluations and will to sit unproductive players or to go younger when veterans fail.

The Vikes are possibly a better organization which is why I wouldn't mind hiring John Gruden as the General Manager. Let him find the best suited personnel for this team because outside a few talented players, we don't have many.

Why would John Gruden want to leave his cushy job at ESPN to come work for Dan Snyder? Do you really think their 2 personalities would mesh? Also, John as GM and Jay as HC present the exact type of issues we have had for ever? If Jay had to be fired, would John hang onto him too long out of caring for his Bro? That seems to me to be a train heading for a wreck.

Maybe Gruden (Both of them), see something in Kirk that others dont or refuse to see. Kirk likely isnt going to be the guy who takes the team on his back and wins games. But give him a solid offense, and if the other two phases of the game can be atleast decent, I think he could become a good pocket passer.

I understand this loss was on the defense but Griffen HAS to hit that 4th down throw. You want to have all the hype, make commercials and believe that you are a franchise QB you have to hit that throw. Inexcusable!!!!He is still taken unnecessary sacks.


Yes we have more talent than Minn but Minn has the better coaching staff and that was a big difference in todays game. I just cant stand the play calling for this team. Again Jordan Reed is not involved in the red zone. This coaching staff is horrible.

I don't trust John Gruden enough to be a talent evaluator. He is better than some of our previous guys. Very good coach. It seems like he loves everybody. It is probably moot as he would either want to coach or stay on mnf
