First off, thank you for entertaining the idea that Nebraska even does go undefeated......because none of us are doing that, besides irule who pukes up excess kool-aid every morning when he wakes up.

Second off, shut up dumbshit. The playoff was created for this reason and this reason alone. It was created so we won't ever have to worry about a P5 Conference team going undefeated and being left out of the picture ever again.

Tom Luginbill went on to say that the only real teams in the Conference are Ohio State, Michigan State, Wisconsin, and Penn State.....in that order.

Unfortunately for us, if Nebraska does go undefeated there very well could be 5 or 6 undefeated teams total by season's end. That down to the wire game with McNeese State will come back to haunt us. This is why in my opinion, there should be a six team playoff and if there's six undefeated teams, no team with a loss should be invited in the playoff over any of the undefeated teams. I don't want to see a repeat of what happened in 1993 with a one loss FSU bumping an undefeated WVU out of the national title game.

There's 16 of them right now, and most of those teams are pretty damn good teams. I think there's a good chance there will be more than four of them without a loss after the season ends. Most seasons I wouldn't feel this way, but something is telling me this season will be an extraordinary season.
