And let me elaborate: The Skins fans over on KFFL have an annual in person get together to watch a game (the Skins usually lose) and hang out as real people. DGF hosted it on several occasions. One time, they let Erk show up to serve the drinks and clear the dishes. That's what DGF means when he says they are "friends".

We do get together for an annual game, been doing it for over a decade. One poster lives in France and has made the trip 3 times. Last year we lucked out and scored tickets to the Bears game which was the best one of the year by far.

Awesome. Wish I had some skins fans out here...luckily my Bartender at my sports bar is the other skins homer I've found out here...good to have friends in the right places...

Woulda loved to have seen that Bears Game last year. One of the few high spots.
