6 o'clock is supper.........



I would love to have a set supper time... But I am doing a program that
is protein/carb based per 24 hour time span? I want to follow it to the letter
to see if it is fact or fiction. I have two weeks of it to go, and then will take measurements and % of body fat to see if it is better than my old program.

Muscle mass vs. weight.

I dropped 16 pounds and 2% body fat with old program.
