In another thread I asked responders to list players who they wanted to get extended play against NE. Now I ask for your thoughts on those players. After re-watching the game for the 3rd time here is my list and my thoughts on them.

1. Morgan Moses.......had a nice game, but against better players his technique and footwork won't cut it.

2. Shawn Lauvao.......Didn't see enough of him to make a complete determination

3. Andre Roberts......Didn't see enough of him to make a complete determination

4. Colt McCoy.......... Managed the game well, let's see how he does against better competition.

5. Chris Thompson (offense and ST)....Good hands and a definite threat to do something after the catch.
His problem is..........

6. Lache Seastrunk.......Very impressive debut, although most of his damage was running the
ball, would have loved to see him get more catches and opportunities blocking.
Right now I'd say that he has the inside track on being that change of
pace guy.

7. Chase Minnifield.......Finally, Chase, This guy is the real deal, despite two holding penalties and a
questionable PI, he was physical and close to everyone NE put in front of
him, was able to free himself on running plays and be in on numerous tackles.
Some are saying that he won't make the roster.....huge mistake, he'll be starting
no later than the 4th game (D. Hall out)

Colt played great. Looked like he had been running this offense for years. Tough decision there.

Chase is an enigma to me. He always seems to play well, yet he's never on the roster. This is another tough decision. Do we go with youth and potential or vet and experience? Porter has yet to step on a field. Biggers is, well, Biggers. Nothing special. I would love to see our CB rotation of Hall, AMerson, Breeland, Minnifield, Crawford and either Porter or BIggers (assuming we keep 6). But something tells me that they will end up keeping both Porter and Biggers. This makes either Crawford or Minnifield odd man out.
