Kinda surprised that both were canned, but I had heard that Mario wanted to fire Disco Dan last year, but Shero told Mario that he wanted Bylsma to remain as coach.

Kind of surprised on Shero. He gave the coach the tools to get it done, coach just didn't.

Can't real blame Shero for not having the goalie he needed. He had Vokoun and Tomas had health problems.



I tell you what, if Shero hits the open market Vancouver and Washington will be fighting in a steel cage for him.

No surprise on Disco Dan, Ray Shero was a bit of a surprise but it'll be interesting to see teams that are interested in Ray Shero, teams will probably line up for him

If they're smart, they will. Trotz is a great coach. I think Shero did a good job as GM, team just couldn't deliver.
