The draft I would hope for

And that right there is the problem. When you pick out of NEED instead of picking for talent... you usually end up picking wrong. If the season started tomorrow, would we have some one to play the position?? The answer is yes, which is why its not our biggest need and why we shouldnt be pushing to pick an OT. And since when has RT ever been a teams biggest need ever??

I disagree. And i think your opinion of him is tainted by your assumption that our biggest need is RT. A month ago most would have agreed we shouldnt reach for a RT.

I rather address OL, Secondary, ILB then taking Benjamin. After we signed Jackson the need for a WR dropped like 4 needs down my list. Yes he would be nice in the red zone but already has red flags so why take a risk with our basically 1st round pick. I guess it all depends on who is available when we draft. I believe there will be a OL who drops out of 1st round that would help us more then a extra WR.

3. FS Ward (WR Robinson could fall to 3rd)
4. ILB Barrow
5. CB Mitchell
6. OT Henderson (Big red flags but huge rewards if gets his head on straight)

Dont get me wrong, I fully expect them to take the Mulligan. But if any one thinks we dont need a WR with some size, they are kidding themselves. Moses is a Mulligan pick. We need to stop drafting to fill what is seen as immediate needs and start drafting for talent. Besides which Im one of the few people on the planet who feels that we dont NEED a RT just yet, at least not for this coming season.

Maybe because we dont have a single healthy WR capable of doing anything more than special teams that is over 6 foot tall? Just a thought mind you. And before you say Hank, he is injured. And Gettis is a camp body.

If you want a wideout with size just wait until later in the draft and take Brandon Coleman 6-6 225 runs a 4.56 forty

Coleman is not nearly the WR Benjamin is. If he were, he wouldnt be projected as a 5th rounder.

Show me a single mock that has Coleman being picked before the third round. Just one. Most have him in the 4th or 5th round. You got to stretch to find a mock that had Benjamin falling out of the 2nd round. Because simply put, he is the better WR.

You mean because he reportedly blew off a workout with a team?? Im in Florida and I follow the local college teams. The Kid is a model student, has NEVER been in trouble off the field. I think you are fishing because you want them to draft an O-lineman. But I would be curious to see what team he blew off. Because lets face it, if it were the Raiders, would you want them to fall in love with you and draft you into the black hole??
