I started getting excited when the Raiders took Ferrell, then when the Giants went QB, I knew the Bills were getting real value pushed down to them. I would've been happy with either Hock or Oliver, but am thrilled with Oliver. Perfect outcome IMO.

I was really hoping for Allen, but im glad Hock was taken by the Lions 9th is too high for him. As far as Oliver he is a good player but really I would have liked to see us trade down and go for a T. That being said Taylor is still avail and Williams was taken at 11 so I guess we would have missed out if we traded down anyway.

Really happy with the Oliver pick, getting one of the best prospects at 9 is fantastic. Oliver was touted as a top 2 pick during the season and fills a need.

for the second round i would like either Dalton Risner or Irv Smith. I think the second round has so much value this year i would consider trading back into it depending on how the board sits.

I think the left side of the line is set, with multiple options in house already at RG and RT. Sure, they should still add talent to that group, but I didn't see that as an early draft need. DT was, as is continuing to add weapons for Josh. It will be interesting to see if guys like Taylor, Metcalf, AJ Brown, or Irv Smith slide to the Bills.

Bills trade up with Oakland with tackles fling off the board, will this be Ford or Risner? Or are they just trying to get ahead of the game Bucs for someone else?

Cody Ford it is, RT or could move inside. Projected as a 1st rounder in most mocks. Solid value pick

What a touching tribute to Pancho...fight on!

Pick is RB Devin Singletary, kinda like a Shady Jr.

Im not arguing against the pick Oliver is a good player and deserved to be a good pick. I just didnt think that a DT was that pressing of a need. We had a good defense last year that will be made better by not being on the field so much if we had a better offense. Williams numbers are very replaceable numbers from who we have or a later round pick. Again In hindsight it was best that we stayed because Williams the tackle was picked at 11 and Ford had a first round grade on him. At the time I thought it was more a value or luxury pick than actual need.

Bills traded two 4th rounders to get to 96 and select.....Dawson Knox, TE, Ole Miss. Poor man's Hockenson? Blocks and can catch.

the bills need WR's. i'll take a TE in a heartbeat to block and a dump off when the downfiled option isn't there. i didn't understand the RB, though we can always use extra. is this a signal that mccoy is getting to the end?

So far, i'm pumped.

McCoy is 30, so this may be his last season with the Bills.

Yes! Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida at #147. With a little coaching up, this kid could be a heat seeking missile.

Let's see if the Bills go WR with this next pick coming up. Preston Williams would be interesting, but does have a red flag.

Beane and Derm strike again!

Excellent draft. And Tyree Jackson UDFA is a nice dart.

Plus we have Duke Williams coming in and that RB rugby guy.

By all accounts an absolutely amazing draft, we lost our shot to address the receiver position...if we were going to do it, we had to in the first two rounds by without a doubt I wouldn't have preferred anyone else with our first two picks than Oliver and Ford

Singletary, I feel like we maybe could have waited and still grabbed a RB around the same level - Mike Weber went in the 7th round...but the guy didn't get hurt once in college so durability is a nice change of pace at the position

I didn't know anything about Knox, but I guess he has a lot of talent and was underutilized but worth a shot.

UDFA signings Tyree Jackson is an obvious one to like, but I'm a huge fan of David Sills...he's a really good receiver that could turn into a redzone threat
