Well if she has a mental illness. It's possible she broke into the hotel and got undressed in Kap room to surprise him. When they saw her there. They called the cops. Basicly making up a story of how her and Kap had a relationship.

That bed presumably was Colin Kaepernick's, who along with Lockette and Quinton Patton were named in a "suspicious incident" report earlier this month."

Sounds like this woman was a stalker.
