Why are we not pinch hitting for Murphy?
I guess that's why. LOL

Choo has been worth his contract so far. Rios and Andrus have been good offensively...and that may about do itWell..... Scheppers looked decent and we have Perez on the mound tomorrow. About the only positives I see right now.
I really feel like as soon as Prince starts hitting the line-up will follow.
Want to hear something funny? Arencibia has a .188 SLG % and is out slugging Prince.
No it is not but it's pitiful tho. That's not funny......![]()
I'll give this group at least 20 games before I start to point fingers but this is JD's team and this is his team to live or die bye, but good lord, this is a repeat of last year but worse
Some crack pot managing from our fearless leader again...
I disagree. This would be JD's team if Holland, Lewis ,Harrison Soto and Profar were not recovering from injuries. Have you not been paying attention. We have been hanging in pretty good with what we have to play with.

Honestly, its JDs team no matter who is injured. It's his job to make to prepare for injuries and add depth too. But to his credit it is pretty tough to make up for losing two of your top rotation guys. So far, the moves he made a 2B seem to be working but the addition of JPA to back up Soto might be a little questionable but he had also been a starter himself and the market for C beyond McCann wasn't to much better.
I'll wait to judge JD on this team after 162 games though... not 20... that's only 12% of the season.
Are you talking about him bringing in Pedro and Rosin in a 1 run game? Or the fact that he brought Rosin back out and didn't have anybody ready in time to face Nava?
You missed the point. JD put together a good team with intentions of fielding them all healthy. Sure he is responsible b/c the buck stops w/ him. 2B/ C are killing us and Profar and Soto will be a definite improvement when returning. This team tonight was never envisioned by JD therefore I can't tag him w/ the unknown. Now his mgr is a different story.Honestly, its JDs team no matter who is injured.
