I think I may have to start posting there again...it's dead here, and I still like to talk Giants with folks.

The trolls are dormant for now (offseason) and the ones that show are hard to resist messing with.

Tito is gone (for how long?), SD Envy gone, etc.

Nolan there but with no games to pantshat about he's bearable.

I don't know why I'm starting a thread to announce this like it's important or anything, just didn't want you guys to think I was a pussy for 'breaking' my promise.

This board will always be perfect for GDTs and good insight but there's still a few good posters at ESPN to interact with and they aren't posting here. Plus I miss pwning trolls there.

I may have to do an alt, msgkings is banned over there. I have no idea when or why, I haven't tried to post in ages. Probably happened same time as tzill got banned, and probably by the same douche.

Nolan is still there, I don't mind him too much especially when he's behaving. Envy I'd love to draw back over there to destroy him some more. Tito is the one I can't abide. I'm tempted to go back there mainly because he seems to have disappeared.

If it gets all trolly again I can always quit.

If I do post under an alt I think I'll make it obvious. I have nothing to hide.

Dunno, haven't seen him even lurking around either. Hopefully all is good for gp.....maybe he's still in a WS Championship and alcohol induced stupor?

Yeah, if things pick up here I'll be happy. I don't even check on the ESPN board anymore.....too much risk that I'll want to post. If it doesn't pick up here, oh well, I'll just have to wait for the season to talk baseball.

The MLB general board has some entertaining posters, too. It troll infested but I like getting a beat on the rest of the league during the offseason. Plus, we, as Giants fans, get to post as fans of the reigning World Champions, which is actually a thing I could get used to.

Nolan's been reporting people like crazy. He had me banned after I called him a name, he had Tzill banned, and I'm pretty sure he had that SF Bat girl banned as well.

The baseball talk on that board is ridiculous at best. Me and my 5 year old nephew have better baseball discussion than that place. Too lazy to make a new name so I'll just post here, and occasionally take a peak there. McCovey chronicles has gone down the shitter for me, way too many kiddies on there that think snark is more important in a post than quality.

Eh, I don't mind TrueNiners too much. You're right he's about 15 years old and he sees everything in orange and black 3d goggles. I was the same way at that age. I went through a 2 month period trying to convince myself that Snow was safe at the plate when Pudge tagged him out before I finally came to my senses. His posts are comedy for me. I'll give him this, he sticks to his guns no matter what.

Yeah, I do too. That's kind of NN's thing. He'll be rational during the calm times and you can enjoy a baseball discussion with him. He tricked me for a moment at the beginning of last season, too..so much that you'll think "hey, this guy's a decent fella"

Any sign of adversity or controversy and he'll be back to doom and gloom again.
