My Free Agent Plan

We have less than 2 weeks away from the start of free agency. Here is what I would be trying to do if I were Allen and company. This is assuming we make the obvious cuts as discussed. I would try to shoot for younger free agents. In no order:

Defense:
ILB: Arthur Moats
DE: Arthur Jones
CB: Captain Munnerlyn
FS: Malcolm Jenkins
OLB: Mike Neal

Offense:
WR: Andre Roberts
OT: Roger Saffold
Guard: Zane Beadles

I would take the same approach the Chiefs did and aim for a few upper-tier players with most being mi-tier players. Saffold, Jones and Neal would probably get the highest deals.

At this point I would have Orakpo walk as he isn't worth 13 million a year. We also must address CB and WR along with ILB.

There just isn't enough money to address all needs. Like you posted, I hope we bring on at least 5 free agents, but I am hoping closer to 7 in all honesty.

I think we need to get 2 out of the top 5 guards that should be the focus I just don't know enough about jay gruden. I know he likes big wrs and big brusing

Lets hope the front office is listening to us both....LOL. The OLine, DL, Secondary and LB corps. must be addressed.

I am scared that we blow all of our money on 3 high priced free agents and be crippled by the contracts.

What are you on? So you want to spend more than 12 million/year on 2 Gs? Add that to the 12 mil for Trent and we immediately have one of the most expensive OLs in football.
