jerrod abbrederis wr 6-2 190 great hands , route running and nice speed

guess we'll have to wait to the combine to see if any DE's look like legit picks for us at #2.
Tuitt/Ealy may not be BPA at that point. I can't believe the options we are likely going to have!!!

we could have some nice choices on the d/line if we are patient with the draft

ealy and hageman should be gone. Truitt will be there. Donald from Pitt is interesting. People saying he is unblock able at the Senior bowl. most likely he will be gone. If we lose Rak, Van Noy is a possibility.

Seems like Tuitt would be the obvious choice but then again, I forgot Bowen was injured and I'm not sure what his contract is looking like...Donald had 11 sacks at DT? yeah he's probably gone...I'm still trying to get thoughts on Kareem Martin from UNC....if guys think he can play a 3-4 end despite his size.

If Bowen gets cut we are in serious trouble at DE.

Yeah, I think so too Skinsdad. I have spoken about Campanaro before, he would definitely be good in the 5-7 rounds and a good slot prospect, would take him in the later rounds in a quick minute. Abbrederis and Borland in the middle rounds (3-5).

What? Bowen is a shell of himself and needs to go. Has anyone thought about moving a now healthy Carriker to NG? Move Cofield back to his DE spot. We need an anchor in the middle and should be looking for one in the draft or FA.

Dean, you way over value players and while each team typically has 2-3 stars or players deemed non-replaceable, Bowen is no where close to that.

When healthy Bowen is a good DE. If we lose him, I don't expect Jenkins or Carriker to pick up the slack. Gholsten is not going to do it. So who do we have left? Nothing. If Bowen leaves DE becomes and even bigger hole than ILB.

If Bowen comes back you still have Jenkins and Cariker. The DE position does not need to be addressed this year if Bowen comes back. If he leaves a totally different story.

Baker and Cofield become solid DE's. Find a plug n play NG or Carriker along with Jenkins and a couple CHEAP FA. We will be just fine w/o Bowen.

I forgot about baker. Baker and Jenkins should be fine for this year.
