My list wants a healthy Defense next year
A coaching staff that can outthink my 10 year old nephew when it comes to the running game
A real GM
A HC that can manage the game

I would be willing to bet some of yall want the same for the Redskins

No no no Colors, you missed the link. I was talking players. Hell the majority of the fanbase for BOTH teams want new coaches. LOL

(Im quietly hoping Mike gets extended, Haslett and Burns get the AX... but I doubt Mike is here come January 2nd)

But I'll start it off.

Im hoping the Skins go after Malcolm Jenkins from the Saints. He is young, decent to good tackler. And the Saints are strapped so they might not be able to lock him up before free agency starts. I know many will say Byrd, but I think he will cost too much and I dont want us going after the big flashy names.

A rough list, I didn't really look at o-line which is a primary concern although there is a LT from oakland that is pretty solid(not sure if he'd want to switch to RT)

Also not sure if we will be in a 3-4 or 4-3 next year. I, personally would not like to see Talib here. New England is a great environment with leaders and veterans. We just lost London, we will give Talib tons of money and I think Shields could do just as well...for a lot cheaper.

Not a bad list. Though Im not too keen on Byrd. Big names just tend to burn us

Anyone looking at Rodger Saffold? No? Good! Please don't look at him. Look at Cortland Finnegan instead. lol.

I forgot to mention I would like Jenkins as well and I think he'd be a reasonably priced pick up. Good call on that one.
Yeah Byrd isn't a must, I just think he's been very consistent when healthy and he's still young. Bethea(short term) could be a good option too, a Howard kid that has been remarkable despite not facing great competition in college.

If they even get some of these guys (or similar players) it could provide a major shot in the arm to this defense. Combine this with new coaches (that hopefully results in better development of younger players) and the results could be dramatic. This could perhaps provide an environment where players like Kerrigan & Orakpo shine in almost every game. I would love to see this - tired of seeing a defense that pretty much relies on the offense to bail them out (not this season) & gets praised at times for simply "not being that bad".

Good list.
