Game Thread: Celtics At Nets,

It's going to be unpleasant seeing KG and PP playing against my Celtics tonight, but watching JET exhibit his crappy shot selection, and only sporadic defense against them could make up for that.

Celtics will need to keep the ball away from Garnett and Pierce in crunch time, but let JET shoot as often as he wants to.
Signing JET at all was a bad move by Ainge but unloading him made up at least a little bit for it.

Garnett and Pierce have both seen better days but are both still dangerous when it matters most. And understand the game better than JET as well.

Brad Stevens is the new Celtics coach, Jason Kidd is coaching the Nets, I believe.

On topic, it will be tough to see KG/PP on the other side, but I'm excited for what's ahead. I'd like to see what Crawford can do against D-will, also I read PP is coming off the bench

Stevens is doing pretty well considering all the inexperienced players on his roster.

Kidd I won't comment on except to note that he isn't impressing the posters on the Brooklyn board as far as I can tell.

I'm just glad the inevitable re-building process is underway. And glad that it's gone better than I expected so far.

In case you didn't already know, JET's even further past his prime than the other 2, but hasn't faced that fact yet.

Pierce and KG have and are adjusting rather well to their reduced abilities.
