Something I've had a hard time wrapping my head around while watching the Eagles - Cardinals game. Since the Eagles are up 10, why the hell are they snapping the ball with 20-25 seconds left on the play clock in the 4th. Wouldn't you think the smart thing to do is bleed the clock or is Chip Kelly that adamant about running a play every 20 seconds even with a lead in the 4th?
