The entire NFL is undefeated at the beginning of the year. After the first game, half of all teams are still undefeated. Is that what you asked?

I'm pretty sure that two 9-0 teams in the same division would be a first.
Since the NFL merger this is true. In 1935, I believe the Lions and Bears both opened the season at 10-0 when they played in the NFL West division. Read that somewhere, but I'm too lazy to go back and find it.
Needless to say, in today's NFL having two teams in the same division at 9-0 starts would be a rare feat. Of course, there are six more games to play before we get to that point. Anything can happen!
