Those Ravens did not look too dang good against the Browns either.

The Bengals lost last week by 3 points with 3 TO's, multiple personal fouls that allowed the Bears to keep grinding the clock, and allowed the Bears over 10 minutes in time of possession in the 4th quarter alone, and on the road in a hostile environment opening week when nerves of young players are at the highest.

To be honest, I think the Bengals look like the best team in this division talent wise, we just have to knock off the TO's and mental mistakes a bit, and I think we could win this division pretty easily. But that is a big IF we can cut those things down.

Talent wise, I don't think there is any question, the Bengals are the deepest and best overall in the division.

We'll need it. We have a mental problem where the Steelers are concerned.

Your D-line is going to be dining at the "All You Can Eat Roethlisberger Buffet" tonight... I wouldn't worry about losing. Either way, IF the MIRACLE does happen and Steelers do win, then it is far from the end of the season for Cincy. I don't know where this 12% crap comes from, but 2 losses are hardly nails in the coffin.

Ravens are still coming together right now, but i agree so far Cincy looks to be the best in the AFCN. Just remember to be the man you have to beat the man. Don't think for a second this is going to be easy to knock the Ravens off the top.

Ohh...I never thought it would be easy to knock them off from the top. I don't care on off years when the Ravens or Steelers are not that good, they are always good enough to beat the Bengals. We just do not close out tough games liek we should. Don't have that killer instinct yet. Hopefully Harrison can bring some of that too these young guys that they can learn to play with for years to come even after he is gone.

It is amazing the Ravens are still as good as they are with the amount of talent they purged this last year. Granted, they added talent, but my God, hard to repeat when you lose so many critical players in your system. Flacco has no one to throw to with Smith going to be doubled left and right all season and Pitta gone. Not bringing back Boldin was a mistake.

Couldn't afford Boldin and last nights game is a great example of what i was talking about with Boldin and not being able to get open. There were many plays last night where he just couldn't get of the damn line of scrimmage. I'm happy with the Ravens, but it's going to take some time to get the chemistry down.

It also says that the average win % of the teams that start 0-2 is around 36%, or a record of 5-11.

That should tell you that, many teams that start 0-2, really, really stink. And probably, outside of a few surprises, are expected to really, really stink.

I don't think anyone here thinks that the Bengals have a team that really, really stinks, so while the % is what it is, I think there are a lot of variable factors that can influence the final outcome.

Though, I think everyone on here agrees....the climb becomes much, much more dificult if the Bengals lose tonight rather than win.

Bracket Smith, put 7 in the box, run rush with a spy on Rice and it will be very hard for the Ravens to do anything offensively. Everyone else can be covered 1 on 1 no issue. A play here and there, sure, but not a whole lot, and a team with a really good #1 CB, can just man up on Smith and it gets even worse for the Ravens offense.

It is a good thing Flacco is a good QB, who is pretty smart, because he is gonna have to pull something out of his ass this year to do anything offensively. Time to see if he can take that next step like Manning and Brady, and control a top offense with little offensive talent around him.

No doubt. But in our division, it is kinda wide open, except maybe for the Browns. I can't believe how much they still stink with all those top 10 picks they have on their team.

We're a .500 team. The schedule is brutal too. I'd be shocked if we best .500.

That sounds about right for my Steelers about now.
