i never looked at it as him being more then that but here is another angle . i would look at it based on performance but i like the younger guys . as a bridge maybe he can work out for us

That's a good question. I would say that he could be a two year guy. I guess it depends on how Keenan Robinson comes back, London Fletcher retiring, FA or who we draft at the position.

MLB as been a big concern of mine. I was worried about Robinson's injury and he goes and injures himself again. There isn't really much depth especially considering you know Fletcher is one injury away or one year away from not playing anymore.

If Barnett proves himself, he could find himself back next year.
