It wouldn't be stunting his development at all having him playing behind two potential All-Stars?
Iggy can play both SF and SG so their positions are interchangable. I think Klay is gone.

Jack just basically tweeted that he's gone unless he's playing some joke like JR did last week

Maybe Lakers are open to a S&T with GSW. I can only hope so. The 2 untouchables for GSW to me are Curry and Barnes.

Iggy just didn't want to be with Denver. I read that they offered him 4 yr/52 mill and they also gave him an offer with a 5 yr contract

Was he unsatisfied with upper management changes or something? Because I thought they had the team to compete for a title...

I just read Warriors are still looking at trades to get Howard, I would think his interest would go up now with this signing. I do feel my Warriors gave up a little too much to get AI and it reminds me of when we overpaid for Corey Maggette a few years back but this is a better team has better talent than the one Corey went to so this might work out well for us.

Iggy fits better with this team. If they somehow land Howard without giving up Barnes or Curry its all good.

I may just let him walk to Houston, but after this news, IF I WANT to do a S&T, the Warriors HAVE to give back Klay AND Barnes, or no deal.

Lakers should be happy to get anything other than to watch him walk away, doesn't matter if he stays in Cal or heads to Tex he's still going to be in the west and be a factor for you guys if you even make the playoffs. Warriors won't move Klay and Barnes maybe one or the other though.

Lol lakers are in no position to leverage other teams. They should be glad they will be getting either Klay or Barnes in return. These teams have shown the creativity to free up enough cap space to sign Dwight outright. So if Golden State is going to offer you Barnes and Bogut or Klay and Bogut...you take it. That's actually a good return for LA.

Nash
Kobe
Barnes
Gasol
Bogut

Imagine Golden State's team though

Curry
Klay
Iggy
Lee
Dwight

That's a sick lineup, top 3 in the west for sure

GSW will just pick Howard up after he walks if thats were he really wants to go. No way GSW gives up Klay and Barnes. Matter of fact I dont think Barnes is tradeable.

Free draft picks on a rebuilding team. This means they're definitely not bringing back Millsap. I think it's a good move.

David Aldridge: Another shoe drops: Utah will indeed have to renounce its rights to Paul Millsap to make deal with Golden State, per source. Twitter @daldridgetnt

Also this...

Marc Stein: Dallas Mavericks have been officially notified they are out of Dwight Howard Sweepstakes, sources tell ESPN Twitter @ESPNSteinLine

I'd like to see Millsap in OKC on a mid-level deal. He'd be a huge asset for them off the bench.
