The Nets don't strike me of having that championship culture with the current roster they have. They still got beat by the Bulls second string squad in the playoffs.
I trust Pat Riley, he'll know what to do to retool this team. Lebron not having loyalty isn't the question. Hell, Cleveland should've put a competent team and coach around him. Lebron will want a good situation as he won't want to waste his prime on a rebuild which is understandable as it's now ring time. In the 2014-2015, the Heat could look like a far different team with some of the contracts coming off the books as it's possible all 3 of the big 3 could opt out for lesser deals. Alot of speculation and guessing considering we just got done wrapping up the 2013 season a week ago.
If the Heat win another title, I can almost guarantee Lebron doesn't leave for other teams.
No question that Riley will know what to do, the question will be: how much is Arison willing to spend? As for Lebron and leaving after next season. I wouldn't put too much stock in him staying even if the Heat win again next season.
D-Wade is getting old and has been injury prone for a few years. He isn't going to suddenly return to being the D-Wade of 2006 or so and those times when he looked like that D-Wade were inconsistent at best this past season. He basically had to pick his spots because he no longer can play like that every game. Those games are going be further and farther between over the next few seasons.
I don't see Lebron being cool with trying to win championships with Bosh and 1/2 of D-Wade!! I think Lebron will look at who is offering the best chance to win and that will be who he signs with. Riley knowing how to keep the team on top, won't be an issue (which will give the Heat a decided advantage in re-signing him), but Arison having/being willing to spend the money might be an issue!!
