good times to be a NE fan

my bruins werent even supposed to be on the same ice as your penguins

shit, just glad we got to the cup anyway...hurt to lose it, but we lost to a better more talented team

patriots are now the NE raiders

All good things come to an end .... but to compare the Pats to the Oakland Gayders is a bit extreme.
They are still a playoff team ... The Bills & Dolphins will be under .500, and the Jets are destined to fail like usual.

The Pens were a major disappointment in Pittsburgh .... I can't believe they gave Dan Bylsma a 2 year coaching extention. TOTAL BULLSHIT

Well .... it looks like hockey is finally over.

Guess we can all focus on real sports now.

So time for Pirates collapse or still too early for that? :heh:

gonna bench him in home games for the rest of the year to keep him off of turf.
if only anyone saw it being an issue with his legs playing 81+ games on turf...who could have predicted that.

THIS GUY!
playing 81 games at the start of the season wasn't a problem. in fact where he got hurt at was on natural grass. the logical thing to do is to protect your investment who is coming off a injury by not playing him on a surface that's gonna be tough on the injured part of his body..

sorta what the stupid ass yankees didn't do with youk or jeter. hence why they are still on the shelf

Figures when I actually bet on the Bluejays, they finally lose :gaah:
you had to know the streak would come to an end sooner or later. a smart better never bets on a team after they just won a 10th straight game. the odds are very unfavorable. you may be wise to place that bet tonight tho:nod:

Derek Jeter is 38 and averaged about 160 games played per season, he broke his ankle at home in a playoff game

Youkilis is just broken

That was insane. Prob the craziest Cup clincher I've ever seen. I hate the Hawks but give credit where credit is due: The most resilient team in the NHL.

Not going to happen this year .... their Pitching rotation is solid.

They have the second best record in baseball for a reason ...... the Pirates are for real

That's not a homer comment .... I predicted both of their previous collapses, it just ain't happening this time.

Agree. At some point, you gotta believe. They have been impressive in some road series, not just beating up on the weak sisters of the poor

Sorry Bs fans. My fault. My kid who should have been in bed wandered into the room and started yammering something about force fields. SCORE. I tell him to be quiet and he say "well the game is still tied". SCORE. I then whipped him with a belt.

my point exactly... you don't rush back or put your guys in position to re-injure themselves just coming off the DL. it makes absolute sense the jays bring reyes back on natural grass after what happened to his ankle

Baseball fans have no problem coming up with a bigger choke job....

And we all know that's all this is about...you still trying to get over 2004....

pathetic.
