I dont troll. People dont like my 16-0 prediction. However, like I keep explaining I pick the games 1 by 1. And each week of the season I picked the Lions to win. Go check Gandy's pick em pages. What I dont get is some of the guys on here predict the Lions to go 6-10 and then pick them to win 13 times through the season. It don't add up. I am picking the Lions week in and week out and my season prediction reflects that.

No kidding. He must be one of them guys calling in to 97.1 The Ticket making ridiculous claims like the Lions would get blown out by the Pats or they would only finish with 9 wins on the year.

I predicted 8 as well, but with the way the NFC South is playing it might take 11 wins to get into the playoffs when usually 10 wins gets you there.

Im going 10-6 ...I think this offense will be a force to be reckoned with and the front 7 will get alot more pressure this year in the new system. That wide 9 rush 4 garbage is gone. Getting to these QB's more often, along with a better safety back there, should help our pass D improve just enough to tip the scales. Im also expecting a calmer, more disciplined team under Caldwell(despite the pre-season penaltys). I think we all noticed Staffords footwork looked eons better this pre-season than it did last year. Bush has looked good, we have a #2 receiver with great hands....we can go big with 3 tight ends and a solid o-line. All signs point to a good season. We do however play in tough division, maybe the best in the league offensively, but the worst defensively. The crazy thing is, we could possibly have the best defense in the division. I look down the schedule and I see 10 wins very possible...I think a fast start is key...stomp the Giants week 1 is key. Carolina week 2 on the road is a big one, they were 12-4 last year with a great D, however they have no offense and Cam Newton is banged up, we have a very good run D, it's winnable. Get 2 week 3 at home vs GB at 2-0..maybe pull that one out.

I didn't think the Bears were going to suck as bad as they do. I hit the back to back road losses bookended by 2 wins!
It was the preface....scrapping the wide nine, getting to the QB more often making the secondary look better. Fast start, stomp the Giants. Cmon Max...give me some.

The rest was pretty good all right, but a Lions fan predicting a loss to the Bears should be like a Hasidic Jew ordering shrimp cocktail followed by pork roast, while getting a shave.
