You're right. I love the idea of a thread (this one) where we can have at each other for laughs but a troll's a troll. Quality smack talk requires a certain level of creativity and finesse. I can see the fun draining out real quick if we allow the bottom of the barrel to join in.

Thanks Mr. Tacoma. I'm actually proud of the smack talk thread despite my doubts about the wisdom of having one in the beginning. Some pretty funny stuff happens on this thread and the season hasn't even started. I suspect other boards will adopt a smack talk thread. The Redskins board is one that has and it also seems to be a hit.

MAN you sure are thrilled Carroll improved his NFL record against Harbaugh to 1-3 aren't ya? I guess that's the Seahawk equivalent of a Super Bowl victory.

I've actually always liked little brother Pete (no homo; don't want to give him any ideas), but I hope for your sake he's not as content with regular-season victories & subsequent divisional-round dumpings as you are.

Not really. Pete's one inch,five second spider monkey fuck in the ear didn't impress. The team of the Hawks had a great game on that day. We will see how well they do on week two...being SB favorites and all.

This is where games tilt in the Hawks favorite. Now with an even talent level, will the real coach please stand up? I think the Hawks sweep the 9ers which forces ya'll to have an outright advantage which won't happen. Tiebreaker = Seattle.
