Corvey Irvin was just released. I think adding him to our DT rotation will make the best DT rotation in the league. I think Sedrick Ellis is still out there.
Tyson Clabo or Eric Winston.
Gandy we have no money

Detroit is 6.75 million under the cap right now, but still have to sign their rookies to deals. Also -- if they work out an extension with Stafford, it will free up a large amount of money if needed for the Lions.
So if Detroit feels as if there is a player they want to bring in -- They shouldn't have much of a problem freeing up the cap space.
Now the problem is.............next year. Thanks to Suh reworking his deal and freeing up money so the Lions could sign players like Quin, Bush, Delmas, etc. His cap number in 2014 now sits at 21 million.
That's not particularly true.Gandy we have no money
We had a little over $7 million heading into the draft. We need $$ to sign all the rookies, but we also had no problem creating cap space in free agency to sign the guys we wanted.
Scary part of these cap hits are going to be two years from now. Between our big three it will almost be half our cap space. Well at least in the 50 million range...
Was lionstop1 the cap guy???

Like we get lucky and have the TE's all develope and replace Pettigrew and Scheffler. Then get so lucky to have six practice squad guys pan out. Lions DO NOT these breaks.
