Huskers would beat bama if we played on opening day this year.

They certainly wouldn't pick Bama for the chance to play Wisconsin, would they Babs?

Seriously.... I'm loving these OOC matchup in a neutral venue. Looking forward to a good game. Your hot shot QB will be a senior in '15, I hope he's ready.
Yea, I don't know if all of our hotshot RBs will be around, but I'd love to see Melvin Gordon show SEC speed against an actually SEC team. He didn't play much until the B1G CCG, and the Huskers just weren't a worthy challenge for him.

I actually think it's going to be a good game, but I also thought that against Michigan st., Michigan, and Penn st.. Maybe Wisky will be different.
An entire off-season of anticipation for a game, only to have it over after the 1st qtr, really sucks. So I HOPE the Badgers come to play.
The last time we were beat by more than 10 points was 2009, in a game where we outgained our opponents 2:1. If you expect us to get killed against Bama or anyone else, you are probably going to be disappointed. We'll probably lose 24-21 with 2 missed field goals, a blocked punt allowed for a TD, and a kick returned for a TD on us.
So you're overdue for an ass whipping.
The talent gap in this game will be astounding.

Considering who their DC was, this game is especially relevant to this thread.
In recent years yea. 2010 and 2011 we were 2nd only to them.
And in 2012 we had six players (tied with a few teams), Alabama had eight.
They've obviously got more talent at receiver and on defense, but that's not all football is about.
