Yeah, Mack's biggest problem is he created the entitlement environment, and now he doesn't know how to change it.

He's got a decent staff.......but players aren't getting developed. The talent on this roster is ridiculous, but the coaching staff is mismanaging it horribly.

Yeah, it's called NOT developing QB talent

Ash isn't bad at all. McCoy is a greasefire......Gilbert was a freaking disaster. Even June Jones couldn't make him a decent QB, and that guy made Timmy Chang all world in his system.
