The SEC used to have spread offenses...hell, we made that style happen. But we've moved on from that because it can't win anymore in this conference.

Looks to me like A&M won 10 games with it.

True. So any team that runs the spread offense and has what some consider the best OL in the country, could win 10 games in the SEC considering they have a good QB.

That's A&M's true strength, their OL is outstanding. But in practice, a team cant easily defend against a spread attack if they don't run it. A&M can simulate a ground and pound offense pretty easily, so it's easier for them to prepare and assimilate.
