Pittsburgh now has the corner on bald coaches.

Muse could he Joe Block's twin but probably not as hilariously funny. <sarcasm>

Speaking of Kennedy, he was just named director of hockey at Sewickley Academy.
I guess the reason they hired Muse so they could recreate the segments where Dan Byslma and Dan Potash were together. But this time it is with scary looking bald men.

99 mph with that movement? Yikes

Of the various frustrations with the Pirates, trying to get this guy some run support while insisting on batting your only .300 hitter (with a mid-.700s OPS) 9th on a team of almost universally terrible hitters truly boggles the mind.

Skenes ERA in his past 7 starts is 1.12.
He has one decision in that span

At least he gets to go home to Livvy Dunne

No clue who Brett Sullivan is but he broke the Marlins pitcher who was coasting along.

Caption In that the stupid MLB all Star rules require one player per team and this is what we suffered through for way too many years.

To follow up on this, as good as Cruz is in the leadoff spot, and as much as I understand wanting to get him as many at bats as possible, I think IKF would be my leadoff hitter, and Cruz would be hitting second for me. Having someone on base for Cruz in the first inning could be a great way to get the team a little momentum right out of the gate.

1. IKF
2. Cruz
3. McCutchen
4. Reynolds
5. Davis/Bart
6. Horwitz
7. Gonzalez
8. Frazier/Canario/Pham
9. Hayes

Hayes is like a worse IKF at the plate, very similar profile, just less production. But he's a good baserunner, and would accomplish batting 9th what IKF does now, without costing one of the team's best hitters about an at bat per game.
