She admits in her own testimony that she was drunk to the point of "feeling completely out of it." She was "feeling fine" about McLeod, was "attracted to him" and was okay with everything that was happening.

Also, another player in the room (Katchouk) testifies that she was "playful" and "flirty." She was "comfortable" with all of the men being in the room.

Alcohol is not one of the defendants here. Nobody forced this woman to pound down all of this liquor and turn into a complete slut. That's her own doing.

I will definitely be tuning into this. If we manage to jump to #1 or #2, it's an absolute game-changer for our franchise and the entire city of Philadelphia. I just ran the simulator at Tankathon and it has us jumping to #1 and picking Misa, then the Rags at #2 taking Hagens. That would be pretty fucking wild!!

Are your final 8 this season. Only 2 over 5M/yr. Just doesn't make sense to invest that much money in goaltending when a cheap alternative behind a stacked team has just as much of a shot at going on a run.

Granted, we'll see what happens next season. Oettinger and Hill both getting big raises. And with the cap going up, maybe it changes the equation on how much to spend on goalies.

Ok, lots cleaned up last night. Not necessarily in the Flyers favor, but with Edmonton moving on and Ottawa/Minnesota eliminated..

18 - NJ (traded to Calgary)
19 - St Louis (if they do get eliminated)
20 - Minnesota (traded to CBJ)
21 - Ottawa
22 - Florida
23 - Carolina
24 - Edmonton (traded to Philly)
25 - Colorado (traded to Philly)

Looks like Edmonton/Colorado are locked into 21-25. Only St Louis, Florida, and Carolina are alive to fall past Edmonton/Colorado. Best case scenario would be a STL/VGK WCF and FLA/CAR ECF. That'd slot those picks at 21 and 22. STL doesn't seem very likely, but Winnipeg replacing them there would be 22-23 which would be pretty solid.

Of course. I wouldn't bet on them though. He'd be the main reason to bet on them, he's their best player by a lot. But he's looked so shakey the last few playoff runs.
