Give me one pick that if we came away with them (trade up, trade down or stay where we are) you would be happy with that you think many others wouldn't be? Doesn't mean you are happy if we trade up or trade down or stay the same. Just means it doesn't have to be a pick that the value is at 20 because if we get them it means we either went up or down for them if that makes sense.

Mine would be Missouri WR Luther Burden (In a trade down).

Like him more then most people right now.

Because I don't think he would make it to 20 if the Broncos made the decision to trade up a little bit and say give up our 3rd round pick to do it I would be very happy with Mykel Williams. I know edge isn't a huge need, but he brings something to that edge room we do not have right now with that size and athleticism. Day 1 he is our best run defending edge player.

Burden could be the best wr in this years draft

Solid responses. Exactly what I am looking for.

So far we have Burden, Williams and Zabel.

For the record if we take a OL in the first round or even first 3 rounds I am throwing the TV over and under the bridge. ;)

I've mostly stated the players I really like in this draft but some non top prospects I REALLY like if anything situational roles who would be good in their role. Not putting any RB's on this list because we have talked about all of them. :)

Quincy Riley, CB, Louisville
Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami
Elijhah Badger, WR, Florida
Upton Stout, CB, Western Kentucky
Zeek Biggers, DT, Georgia Tech
Arian Smith, WR, Georgia (better pro then college player, IMO)
Tim Smith, DT, Alabama
Jay Higgins, ILB, Iowa
Nick Martin, ILB, Oklahoma State
Collin Oliver, EDGE, Oklahoma State
Jacolby George, WR, Miami
Jake Briningstool, TE, Clemson
Kitan Crawford, S, Nevada
Billy Bowmen, S, Oklahoma
Cam Jackson, DT, Florida
Shemar James, ILB, Florida
Jeremy Crawshaw, P, Florida (That's right, I like a Punter)

There are more but those really tick out for me.

Malaki Starks is my personal fav DB in the draft. Excited to see where he goes. My luck it will be a team I really dislike.

Sai'von Jones, DL, LSU is another name I like later on.

OL was a huge factor in ALL our SB victories. Still see Stink BSing with Elway while laying in the end zone.
Honestly, though, could see another impact defensive piece going in the first round. Maybe DB or LB (lean into the the DL depth later).
Whoever it is needs to help take us to the next level of success.

Who would your #1 defensive heartthrob be in round 1, DC?

Right now I'm good with a handful of players being the pick.

Hampton, Egbuka, Henderson, Nolen, Grant, and Harmon all would be really nice picks.

I know there is some push for Loveland but his injury has me worried. Last time we took a Michigan TE coming off serious injury it didn't end too well for us.
I feel like we just drafted him because of his name...

I hadn’t thought much of our position in front of QB hungry Pittsburgh. Will be interesting to see what happens in that regard.

Adam Schefter: Broncos have fielded calls in recent days from teams interested in potentially moving up to Denver’s No. 20 selection, per sources. The Broncos currently hold the draft slot in front of Pittsburgh’s No. 21.

If we went DT, I would be especially happy with Derrick Harmon. I think he fits what we need if we don’t sign a couple DL who are FA agents after this year.

Unlike others, I would move up to 13 and take Loveland or Warren if either of them fell that far. I think Loveland will end up being the WR that will have the most yards of the two in their career, but Warren the more complete TE. But I wouldn’t want to move up higher than 13. (The obvious reason for 13 is to jump ahead of Indy.)

Like DC and Carl, I like Billy Bowman from OU. But I’m a sucker for guys that are leaders and great locker room guys. When I read that he had donated some of his NIL to be given to walk-ons so they would be seen and appreciated - he shot way up in my eyes. For the same reason I like Egbuka - high character and leader type and won’t be a Diva WR.

Can't pick just one but...

Offense -
1. Savion Williams - Cause him and Payton would be fun.

2. Mason Taylor - I am a believer.

Defense -
1. Jihaad Campbell - He could be elite...even if it's not a big need.

2. DL Darius Alexander - He just looks like a guy we need.

Pittsburgh is in a tough spot. They only have 6 draft picks after trading away their 2nd round pick. So tough for them to trade up too far and might just have to hope they can stay put and a QB falls into their laps. I guess they could reach into their 2026 bag of picks but not sure any of these QB's warrant that kind of trade up right now. I've heard mixed reviews of the Steelers meeting with Sanders and not sure Dart is going to be day 1 ready to start.

It just seems that any QB needy team would be concerned about Pittsburgh drafting one at 21. Concerned enough to hop in front of them? We’ll know by this time tomorrow.
