So is that all you got for the things that matter that Bird did more of?
Lmao I’m not doing this today, all I said was there are people that played with Bird that don’t agree with your assessment. Bird is a top 5 player for me, so is Lebron. Bird has stated Lebron is one of the best if not the best but I guess his opinion matters no more than Jordan’s.

No, you said this, when shopson said LeBron did more than Bird:

Bullshit, nothing that matters.

I asked you what Bird did more of that matters, and you ignored me, because that comment was a little overboard. The correct answer is 'ok yeah fine LeBron did more, but at their peaks I think Bird was the better player' or something like that.

I think there was a mixup, maybe on my part. I thought shops had responded to a comment of mine about Luka, pretty sure I’m right, and that they were saying Luka has already done more than Bird. The rest of my comments hold.

The Suns fucked up when they decided to go all-in on whatever best players they could get without looking to see what players fit best. Kinda like what the Lakers did with Westbrook.

And in the space of three years they fired to Championship winning coaches and a Coach of the Year winner.

This isn't the fault of the coaching staff - it's the front office.

Bold choice to go with the guy that was fired for being out of touch with modern basketball 10 years ago

There's very little to 'apologize' for there. The girl is as much to blame, really more so. This ain't "hey little girl I got some puppies in my van" The church lady take on this cracks me up.

And rapers

'Kids' lol

It's exactly what happened

Eh…

The girl is not as much to blame. Because she is a kid.

Just how it works.

My point is there's not much blame here, maybe her parents? Girl likes to party and she had a great time. American attitudes about sex are pretty prudish. It's not great it happened but 15 year olds all over the country have sex and most of them are not unwilling nor are they worse off for it.

He'll always have that as a thing people bust his balls on, but that's all it is, not some tragic crime.

He will do a good job I bet
I'm pretty sure he'll just do an average job. He got a ring, but I think a lot of that was luck at how the guys that he traded for just happened to work together under an all time great coach. I mean, come on, trading Hill for Atkins and Ben Wallace was pretty insane at the time. And Stackhouse for Hamilton was up there too. Signing Billups was not a no brainer either, he was almost at just journeyman status when Joe threw money at him.

You might say that this just shows Joe has a great eye for talent and team building, but remember, it was a one-off. He never repeated it and he was there until 2014. I think it was at least as much luck as it was skill.

To be fair luck is a big part of all sports outcomes. A lot of the people we say are great coaches and GMs often have a lot of luck break their way

Example

Pop would’ve been fired with zero titles and totally irrelevant if they didn’t get gifted Duncan

At least you are admitting that was luck.

And yes lottery luck is one of the biggies.

Imo, it'll depend on how he has spent his time away from the NBA.

Different sport, but when Pete Carroll was fired the 2nd time in the NFL...he took some time away to reevaluate his approach, style, etc. and was able to do a whole lotta winning at USC and in Seattle.

If Dumars has spent his time away in similar fashion...he may do very well.
