This fucking song. Heard part of this earlier and had bad flashbacks. All my fault. I never had a record player as a kid. When I was 12-13 my father got a new stereo so I borrowed a bunch of friend's albums to record onto cassettes for myself and make mix tapes. My father had some pretty decent 60s-80s stuff too so I recorded lots of his too. I am not sure what I was thinking, a week later I was not sure what I was thinking but I guess I recognized this song and threw it on a couple of cassettes. So for the next year or two at times I'd be walking and listening to hippish modern music and sandwhiched in between lets say The Police and Echo And The Bunnymen would be this monstrosity.
