Yeah, the other team scoring three runs more or less puts the game out of reach even with seven innings to go
It is just like our 1B and 3B situation Castillo is not a prospect, not a proven vet, and not a starter on a playoff team just like our choices for 1B and 3B. Sad to watch.

I'm done. I can't do this/watch this/follow this anymore. Parents were transplanted Pirate fans living in Texas. I got my baseball feet wet with Pirates and Astros. Gradually came around to being a Mariners fan after I got out of the Navy and went to Alaska. Living in WA state the last few years has cemented my Mariner affiliation. But, enough is enough. I can't watch this garbage anymore.

And, this Luis Castillo Part Deux guy is not a prospect so I don't know why he is getting starts. If the 5th spot in the rotation is going to be a black hole, they may as well give the starts to Hitchcock and give him an opportunity to either grow or fade away.

One thing I do like about this year is that Goldsmith and Mensink have been quite critical of the team at times. They are not readily providing excuses like Sims and Blowers have done in the past.

lol, just finished work and looked at the score. completely unsurprised.

might as well be 40-0 given the m's ability to score runs.

Couldn’t agree with you more my friend

And then you add in the fact that we’re just about the only team in the league with the superstar that is well below the Mendoza line who strikes out one out of every three at bats.

And he’s so beloved by management that they plant him at the top of the batting order - hahaha

And there in lies the problem

And it’s only going to get worse

I honestly think we have the worst team in all of major league baseball

We’re here for you.

No need for an intervention.

Just rip that Band-Aid off that open M’s puss filled sore as fast as possible. It’s the only way.

No need to check. I’m sure the Mariners are the only team in all of MLB that five of their top six guys in the lineup are hitting below the Mendoza line.

I know .fans don't like this..
But had .the mariners 54.pct.last year.
They would have made..
The playoffs..

Just saying..
But they didn't so it's a failed season and Jerry looks like a dumbass with his supposed numbers.

Blast off the fireworks in the outfield!

We have guys at first base and second base
( 2 walks - but you can’t be picky when you’re a Seattle Mariners fan )

I think even the umpire at home is feeling sorry for the M’s

Look at this pitch sequence for Luke Raley, who just got a free pass

I said it on here the other day. Julio is the worst star in baseball...and he is all ours. He is a management kiss ass. He is a 24-25 year old big kid. Just laughing and joking around. Winning means nothing to him. I am starting to hate him.

If we had a true veteran as a leader in the clubhouse, the first time he saw Julio out there playing grab ass with the other team during the game, all giggles and smile. And with the Mariners down a few runs, he would put him in a chokehold when he came back in the dugout and kick his ass down the clubhouse steps.
