The other four are in rebuild mode. "Sacramento" is on the way back, The Pale Hose bottomed out and are starting the rebuild. Tampa and Miami haven't hit bottom yet but will this season. Pittsburgh has been in this twilight zone of incompetence since 2015. They should have traded Hayes, Cruz, Reynolds and anything of value, except Skenes, in the offseason and taken the route the Astros did in 2011. Yeah, it's going to suck to lose 330+ in the next three years but look at the result. The O's did it in 2018, A's in '22. Hovering between .450 and .500 winning % is dumb
