Now that the splashy headline grabbing signings are done we get to see the GMs that actually do their homework get deals done that the lazy or uninformed are unwilling to do. So the Vikes and Eagles got it done last year, who gets it done this year?

Bears are probably the first team on my radar. They might be entering next year with 2 great OL, 2 good OL, and 1 average OL. QB in year 2 instead of year 1. Likely a better head coach. Team lost a lot of close games last year. Not sure their defensive moves will matter but they could.

I think very few teams do a full on tank, get a top QB prospect, and then get the top Head Coaching candidate. It might all just be hype but on paper they're built to win.

I know this is a bit off the current topic but I'm really excited for the league that they have so many young QBs who could break out. I still believe in CJ Stroud, although the Texans are sure making it hard on him. Daniels kind of looks like he's proven to be a star baring injury, Nix fooled a lot of people including myself and played really well. With the OL improvements and the hiring of Ben Johnson Caleb can unleash all that ovehwelming potential. He made a few plays last year that very few QBs are capable of making. And we haven't even seen McCarthy who has had a year to learn the offense and is in a good situation.

Just STFU dude. There is NOTHING wrong with it being all about the money but don't double down on it with this BS. I hate when these jerkoffs says this shit. Same thing Dak said and then he signs the biggest deal in history that was clearly about nothing but the money

If it's not about money, why $40M per?

If it was about winning, he would be holding out.

if this were true.
He didnt have to sign a new contract. He was already under contract for multiple years. He could have been content playing for the browns who he believed was gonna be a winning team. (since it is only about winning)

Yep.....guy should have just been an adult/professional and kept everything between himself and the FO. Then he could have just been like every other athlete who took the money as opposed to the smaller group that says not about the money then takes the money,.
