Cowboys push the button on Dak restructure gaining $36.6M in cap space. They didn't have to pay a penny in cash, just moving money on a spreadsheet. So...they created an extra $50M+ in two days after Osa signed and only counts $6M against the cap. They will actually save money against the cap when Micah is resigned. So there is no excuse for Jerry and Stephen now. Spead the money to help this football team

According to JJ we shouldn't expect to see much action on the free agent front. he said we will do the Parson deal bring back virtually all of our team free agents, he says the losing team we put on the field last year is better than the Eagles so we don't need much

WTF are you waiting for? The price only goes up each day that passes. Bosa was at $34M per. Now Crosby is at $35.5M per. Why not wait until Garrett is traded and signs for $37M per. These jackasses drive me crazy

If he waits till after next season, the price will be pushing $45-50M per. He's dumb as a freaking brick

They just can't stop being dumb. They should have got both Osas and Parsons deals done on the same day. Jerry would have got a lot of publicity if he had got both deals done on the same day.

Jerry wants that publicity. He wants to drag that shit out and have the Cowboys on talk radio, even at the expense of his team. He's a joke of a GM

They need to just offer Micah a similar deal and get it done

Jerry just don't fucking learn. Yesterday he said that FA is not the place to fill voids? What a dumbass.
Did he actually say that? It is exactly the place to fill holes in your team. :mad2:

Joey Bosa released last night by the Chargers. Khalil Mack is a FA. Myles Garrett is available for trade. If the Cowboys want to make a big splash, there are guys out there

And Trey Hendrickson
I think Javon Hargrave would probably be a more likely option for us and a guy I have been interested in for a while now. He won't cost anywhere near any of those other guys. He is a better pass rusher than Osa. Kind of would be like a pass rush specialist for us. Maybe play a couple fat boys on early downs with one of those two rotating in a little also and then Osa and Hargrave on passing downs. A front 4 of Micah, Hargrave, Osa and Sam Williams in passing situations would be pretty good.

It sure would. Hargrove is tough and hsd s mean streak, we could use that. And Hendrickson has that motor. Bosa is the interesting guy to me. The Chargers let him go because he struggled to stay on the field. If that led to getting him at a reasonable price, if he is healthy, he is awesome. He plays hard

Kirk was traded for a 7th round pick to the Texans. SMH
Texans negotiate better than Jerry. Obviously. Kind of pisses me off. We give away a 4th for receiver that probably is out of the league soon. Nauseating. Texans give up a 7th rounder for somebody that has done something in the NFL.

True but the cost is less this time of year.

however, I'm sure ole Jer woulda entered the room offering a 5th rounder.
