It's Monday 11/11/2024. Veterans Day.

Rams are playing at home tonight against the Dolphins.

It'll be a short practice week for them.

I think that this Patriots team is playing for their football lives. 4-7???

Stafford doesn't have the receiving corps this year that he's had in the past five. His OL is getting older and had had problems nearly as bad as the Patriots this season. The Rams Defense is having all kinds of problems stopping both runs and passes.

Los Angeles Rams vs. New England Patriots betting odds, lines, spreads
  • Spread favorite: Rams (-5)
  • Moneyline favorite: Rams (-225)
  • Total: 44 (O: -110, U: -110)
I'll take the 5 points and the Patriots under 44.

13-3. What a FANTASTIC game.

Great read.

There was also another tactic that helped.
The walk-around defense.
The defense would not take their positions until the time that Goff's radio would get turned off.
They could not get help from the coaches until after the play was over and even then, they could not know the defense until the snap.....

atriots declared WR K.J. Osborn, LB Marte Mapu, QB Joe Milton, EDGE Ochaun Mathis, OG Tyrese Robinson, EDGE Deatrich Wise and DT Jaquelin Roy.
S Kyle Dugger (knee) is active. Even with the Pats shaking up their receiver corps, including cutting Tyquan Thornton, veteran Osborn can’t get on the field. The 27-year-old seems like he could be a backup slot asset in a more pass-heavy offense, but pass-heavy this attack is not.

Patriots go up 7-0

Defense can't tackle today and the Rams tie it up 7-7

Then the OL thinks it's doing great and lets Maye get blasted. Rams recover the fumble and just like that it's 14-7.

14-10 at the half.

Rams get the kick off in the second half.

OL just have to find a way to give Maye at least another half second.

Officials have to start calling the shots he's taking after he throws the ball.

Two critical penalties on the Patriots on offense leads to points taken off the board. They are so undisciplined!!

Polk needs to be benched or cut!

To the open receiver near the back of the end zone who never once looked back to see if the ball had been thrown.

I meant on that last play (the INT.)

Yeah that receiver is a complete moron for not looking!

Just another mistake filled game that could have been won if people were just paying attention to what they were doing.

Polk's error is unforgivable. Whatever possessed him to move from the normal WR upright position to a three point stance on a 4th and inches play and get called for an illegal motion penalty???

After 10 games, I've resigned myself that this team just isn't mentally disciplined and that the coaching staff has to do a much better job in 2025 or none of them will be here in 2026.

That's the play I'm talking about. I couldn't see the number on his jersey. I know it wasn't Pop. It could have been Polk, Boutte or Bourne or even Marcus Jones. I'll try to watch it again and see if I can get the number.
