I guess...but would think a coach and or FO exec who were comfortable with the work they do would not care what irrational, emotional fans think.

I'm not saying that to rip the decision as possible this was something they wanted to do since before playoffs even started.
Apparently there were other things, this was just the proximate cause

Yeah, on Dan Patrick this morning that it seems like he was going to be fired whether they won or not because they were saying he wasn't a good fit and winning the Super Bowl wouldn't change that.

That would have been my guess......a good coach/FO is not making a rash decision like that based on what pretty much amounted to a couple bad drives by the D.

Hell, if our FO cared what fans think we'd be looking for a new HC now to replace the COTY.

I’m calling shenanigans on a claim that a Super Bowl winner would fire their defensive coordinator.

Maybe. But if the guy isn't a good fit, winning a Super Bowl doesn't change that...but I could also see where that could be the reason given to scapegoat someone without actually scapegoating them. lol

I think I was about 27 when I started thinking maybe I was getting to old to wear jerseys. At 30, I packed them up to give to my son when he was older and he proceeded to wear them out. lol
Have you ever used Goldbelly?

Not surprised.....though will say wasn't much of a fan of Wilkes when he was here.

Just a bad look. If memory serves, the Niners had the #3 defense in the league...so dude was doing something right. lol

LOL. It's a mindless horde of fans, what else would be expected?

Not only is she re-releasing these albums, she's releasing multiple versions of them. The classic "soak your fans" move, putting a different bonus track on each version. She's not the only one that does this of course. There are 4 different versions of the new release of 1989.

And?

Who is that hurting?

If people going to buy it, more power to her.

This reminds me - though a very different scenario - to when we took our kids to see the Wiggles. Never mind what the tix cost but when there we saw they were selling roses and dog bones which the kids could go up to the stage and throw to the dog and dinosaur.....and, of course, they could then gather them and sell them again.

Quick initial thought was what assholes....then didn't take long to say, brilliant.

Right?

That is nothing but smart business.
