There is momentum now to make that change at the end of the year.
I am worried that Rivera will go on his annual run and confuse harris.
I am hoping harris seems the obvious....a GM is needed asap

If Rivera does get 10 wins and Harris wants to keep him, he has to understand that Rivera the GM stays as well. That can't happen.

He won't fool Magic. Not sure to many people know Magic's first title with the Lakers came with Paul Westhead as their coach in 1980. Magic then got him fired less than 2 years after that @ the beginning of the 1982 season.

And don't forget. While RR does somehow coax a winning steak out the Skins. They always fade at season's end. Even that year they went to the playoff. They won 4 in a row to get to 6-7 than were ass paddled by Seattle n Carolina before being gifted a win against Philly by their HC.

I think Howell is improving and eill keep us in most games.
The defense has to improve as they are 31st. There is too much talent to be this bad.

Injuries in the NFL can pile up fast. Tough sport. Imagine playing a sport where you know there is a good chance you'll get injured.

Premature thoughts -- With trade deadline at end of October, it's scary for Washington.

After that type of loss at home to Bears, it's hard to imagine that Rivera "returns" at the end of this season (for his final year of his contract). Even if Rivera goes 2-1 or 3-0 the rest of this...
