Truth. Looks like the bats need some shakeup
Great SP helps but seems like we need for them to be perfect due to quiet bats. So unrealistic
Marcus needs to become an igniter. That is what he is paid for Just wish he was not so streaky

Agree but we need everyone up and down the batting order to be igniters and there are not. Look at last night’s performance the bottom 6 were virtually non-performance

Garcia Leody Ski Duran Heim were igniters and suddenly stopped at the same time.
The OF has no punch at all. Duran has picked up a little but not like he was. Heim is restricted to LF side but has not done much. Like a bunch of drunks fallen off the wagon.

I have thought at times that some folks slightly overrate Carter. I guess that's why, to me, he is not untouchable. I think he is going to have a very good career, but I am beginning to feel Saggese will have a slightly better career than Carter.

Carter is definitely not in the same category as other Rangers prospects from the past that I thought were overrated. I just don't expect quite the same career from him as most do.

I do think Langford will be in Frisco next year, but not necessarily in the beginning.

Who knows with Leiter? He's only gone backwards so far. I really don't know why he hasn't progressed but when he was drafted I expected him to join the rotation at some point in 2024. That seems like a long shot now.

When you are the Texas Rangers and have been one of the worst teams in baseball the last few years you CAN NOT miss on top 5 draft picks.

Leiter was a great pick in my opinion. His lack of progress is very concerning. Rangers have a notorious rep for underdeveloping their minor league SP prospects. I just hope he beats that curse.

I think Rocker was one of the dumbest top 5 picks in mlb history. Can't overstate that enough.

So, 0 for 2 so far which is why Langford has to be a success. And I think he will be. And sooner than we think. I love that we got him.

True and with Heim limited to hitting only left and not fully effective even there and Duran totally ineffective we are really hurting
