I hope someone chokes the life out of Bart Scott and Skip Bayless live on TV soon / eventually. Enough is fucking enough.
You could turn off the tv and stop watching those useless clowns. Sports journalists are the most useless people on the planet. Skip Bayless just says crazy shit so you will repeat it on social media and give him more attention. Skip: 1 Ickey Shuffle: 0. You scored on yourself.

I don’t think they should resume the game at all. They should cancel it out of respect to the player

Honestly, the sacrifice should’ve been apparent last night. The NFL should’ve made up their mind and told both teams the consequences of “suspending” the game. If they still think it’s the right plan, then problem solved. They made the right choice not to play and now they have to live with the consequences.

There’s no way that Goodell and the NFL look good with how they deal with this situation.

It just doesn't make any sense that the Bengals would have to forfeit.
Agree. I see 3 possibilities

1. A tie.
2. No contest.
3. Bills forfeit.

I cannot see the game being played after week 18, unless the push all playoff games back a week.

Yep. The only thing they’ve done is not make an official announcement. They’re going to say it’s a no contest because 1 just can’t be justified and they look horrible in number 3. It will be a no contest and the Chiefs will get propped up after losing head to head to the two best teams in the conference.

The game has to be played, resume where it was left off.....

1,The whole league has to suit up on Sunday.....including both teams from last night.....so the pain will still linger.

2.it has big implications from the outcome of last nights score,Cincy wins, thats a tied record with Buffalo....Buffalo wins, that puts them in a tie with KC for best record in the AFC and a possible werk 1 bye, pending on this weekends outcome....

3.What happpens if they meet in the playoffs?? Where would the game be played.....??
The feelings from last nights game will still be there.......so theres that factor.

4.if Hamlin had a heart attack anyplace else other than in front all to see, theyd probably be playing today.....

5.living and dying is a part of life, sad to say and yet we all move on afterwards......

6.Im sure Hamlin would tell his teammates to go back out there and kick some ass.......

They are all suiting up Sunday regardless, get over it and move on.......

There's zero evidence it had anything to do with some vaccine and no reason to suspect that it did.
How would you prove it's the vaccine? Impossible

That's sort of my point. Why suggest it had anything to do with a vaccine in the first place?
It's impossible for the vaccine to hurt anyone because it can't be proven. How would you prove it?

Political Board------------------------------------------->

Thanks Nut
I was just responding to the ignorance already posted here. The league made the vaccine a football topic. The government isn't involved here until they hold Pfizer accountable for language in their contract and the NFLPA demands reparations from Pfizer too. That didn't happen. So it's still a football issue.

He's beginning to breath on his own. Good sign. Hopefully he has activity in the brain to follow.
yeah I dont think there will be any real updates on his health until they wake him up so they can see his motor functions.

Some of it stems from Vincent's defense of the league with the "play will resume in 5 minutes" comment from Joe Buck. I know that Vincent is players union, not NFL, but he's defending the NFL here as they aren't saying much. It's just hard for most fans to consider that Joe Buck simply made up this information or that ESPN made up that informations. Too many professionals on that production for that to not be true. Vincent shouldn't have been so incredulous about the NFL and player union position. Would have been easier to say that signals were crossed, the message might have been sent to ESPN, but it was not fully vetted and not the position of the league or union.

Today, they should have come to a conclusion about the outcome/future of last night's game. Stop with the half-way shit - It makes them look weak and indecisive. This is a billion dollar industry with massive amounts of money spent on PR teams. They should have better messaging.
Vincent works for the NFL

Just don’t play the game. It works out somewhat the same (but a little different from a winning percentage perspective) as if the teams tied. No big deal. Shit happens.

No matter how the league formally rules on this, there are going to be a shitload of angry people once the decision has been announced. But from a logistical standpoint, an emotional standpoint, and simply from a realistic standpoint, I'm going with them voiding the game, which is pretty much equated to a tie. It just makes too much sense on a number of levels.
