I didn’t watch.

But curious to know how many of Russ’ 11 were uncontested and stolen from AD.
I didn’t see any of that but I did see him take one from Lebron, who just let him have it.

Should he have a mindset where they aren't trying to win the first two games? WTF?
No.

But, he's gotta take these L's when his team shits the bed after making these kinda statements.

Just like LeBron did when he said keep the same energy.

We shall see.

I wouldn’t draw any conclusions from 1 game.

But if the Lakers start 0-3 (0-2 is expected) then we will probably start to hear some rumblings.

Yeah it's probably too early, but I just didn't see the cohesiveness or any real upside in their bench/role players. I actually think they should run JTA out more. They do need some guards though who can knock down the outside shot.

Thought overall the Warriors played not great basketball last night. Yet they still dominated. I must have underestimated how bad this Lakers team was going to be.

Pelinka's seat should be on fire right now.
He got an extension.

Predicting by game 15, Moses Moody will take over DiVincenzo's spot in the rotation. Not that DiVincenzo will play poorly, but Moody will play so well it'll be hard to keep him off the court.

Embiid is traditionally a slow starter. They didn’t give him much preseason run. It’s going to take them time to co-exist. Ironically, if they figure it out, this thing should like they’re running 3 or 4 distinctive offensive attacks that they run through the first two quarters and then that gets paired down to a key way of attack in the 2nd half with a change up off of it to keep the defense honest. The bigger problem would be Harden can’t be that guy he was last night. Looked like that guy was never going to show up in a Sixers uniform. They will get this figured out.

More disconcerting for me was the defense. They can’t be giving up 126 a night. The transition D must have been an issue. That was an issue last year as well. They improved their bench and yet they didn’t get much from their bench at all last night. I hate Doc Rivers propensity to do hockey line changes and throw up 4-5 subs to all play at once. He needs to stagger better. It also bothers me that Harrell is a Sixer. He’s a Fucking dog that has no role in the playoffs. He’s a shitty defensive piece. I hated it when they made the move. Still hate it today. BBall Paul gets a DNP last night. That can’t be.

My timing is pretty shitty. I’m counted on to go on these retreats with school four times a year. So here I am away from home Tuesday-Friday. I’m missing Phil’s Game 1 and Game 2 and Sixers Celtics and Sixers Bucks. I’m hoping God respects my sacrifice for these kids and he smiles upon me with some dubbs. Harper Schwarber and Wheeler came through for me last night. I’ll trade a Celtics L in the first of 82 in exchange for a Phil’s game 1 NLCS road win 11 out of 10 times haha.
that Schwarber bomb was one of the hardest hit balls I have ever seen in my lifetime.

I think its gonna take some time for the Cavs to put it together- esp. with Mobley missing most of the pre-season.....I think they will flounder around .500 through November and then get things going. Adding Mitchell is going to require some adjustments. They still do not have a definite starter at #3 trying to decide between Okoro, LeVert and even Wade.....

I just hope they come out and play good D tonight and give themselves a chance to win in the 4th qtr.

They’re saying it’s the longest homer hit in Petco history. He destroyed that ball. Here was Harper’s face.

it was just ridiculous.......that looked like he used an aluminum bat...lol.....that was as close to perfection for a hit ball as you can see.

Yeah, it's a damn shame that all teams can't have 5 players averaging over $30M/season.
Can't be mad that the Dubs are out Lakering the Lakers.

Your team has always tried to stack the deck by poaching top guys from other teams.

Dubs just did the same, organically, by drafting well and being willing to eat a huge tax bill for the sake of championships.

Both paths work.

Barry Bonds third deck shot against the Yankees was the hardest hit HR I've seen.

Of the Warriors roster of 14 guys, 10 were drafted by the Warriors. Only non-drafted Warriors are Wiggins, J. Green, DiVincenzo and Iguodala.

Pretty amazing if you ask me.

It is.

That's why I don't begrudge your success.

Totally organic.

Memphis, Cavs, OKC and even Toronto are on a similar path.

Rooting for the Phillies in this series.

So I tried looking up what kinda food is San Diego known for. Here's what popped up.

-fish tacos (when I'm thinking about baseball I think of fish tacos, don't you?)

-Cali style pizza (never heard of it, don't know what's on it, could be anything, after all it's California)

-oysters (nope)

-Cali carne asada burrito (that sounds good)

-clam chowder (nope)

-sushi burrito (fuck no!)

-ceviche (no clue what that is)

-sea urchins (see sushi burrito)

None of that stuff come close to a cheesesteak.

Bryce Harper played one season at Community College of S. Nevada. I went to some of his games before I got outta the Vegas area. Been following his career since.

Yeah but SGA forgot to have a career questioning injury and sign for half the going rate.
