Thunder are really building an exciting young core

the Rockets and Thunder are going through some tough times- but its gonna change in the next couple years--- Thunder prob. before the Rockets though.

Thunder still have so many picks- and already have a solid young core--- not sure if tanking another year is even necessary or a good idea

what do you think @thunderc ?

one more year of struggles and perhaps get one more high profile player? maybe a wing or PF?

regardless- even if they try and win- they are too young to make any real noise---- at best they probably get nothing less than a top 10 pick--- my question is- do you want to go for another top 5 pick? Or start to try and move in the winning direction?

I think the days of putting non nba caliber players on the floor are over. They still may not win over 30-32 games this year just because they are so young but I think they are going to start finding out what the core is capable of. They just got what I think were 4 very good players in the draft. I expect Chet and both Williams to play substantial minutes. The 11 pick Dieng is more of a project and I think he will play most of the season in the G league. I think Prestii will just see how good they are and adjust.
