Torrance.

I still have a ton of relatives that live there.

My GAWD, I used to get pulled over every other block driving thru there in the 90's....lol

Concede on there being pockets of good and bad everywhere.

But, the cost of living is insane.

The congestion, traffic is unbearable.

If I ever moved back, it would be to the Inland Empire.

But, its ridiculous there too.

I have a house in Rancho that my Mom lives in and she was looking to downsize.

We started looking at places and a 2bd 2 BA in a area that's not completely disgusting was 3100 a month.

My fucking mortgage is less than that and my house is across the street from Victoria Gardens.

Prices are insane. I bought my 1300 sq ft Cape Cod for just under $80K, mortgage payment is $700/month including school/city taxes and insurance. Just inside city limits on a small 1/10th acre city lot. It's all I need for now (living alone, so single income) and will eventually inherit my parents' house (hopefully a long time away yet).

Yeah you never said anything like that. One can think a player is more explosive than MJ but would still lose to him. More explosive doesn't automatically mean a W
Cracks me up the MJ worshippers (literally)

They think he was some god of basketball who never had a bad game, never lost a series, and did every single thing better on the court than any player before or since.

Of course he had a bad game, but the greatness can’t be denied.

Sure, he's probably always going to be considered GOAT or co-GOAT. Just saying, he wasn't a god. Someone says Ja is more explosive (which is true, so was Russ) and the worshippers start yelling.

Yeah I guess that's what I'm saying, I'm clearly denying he was great.

Fuck outta here with that. No shit.
